The Authorizing Official (AO) should perform the initial account creation and will be prompted to invite an additional account admin to complete the remainder of the onboarding tasks if desired. This is a legal requirement to ensure a representative from your organization with the proper signing authority accepts the platform’s Terms & Conditions.
