Contract pharmacies should continue to purchase and dispense their inventories to covered entity patients. It is up to each covered entity and their pharmacy partners to determine whether replenishment of product should still occur or if alternative arrangements are appropriate. Designated NDC’s will not be replenishable through the 340B ship-to bill-to accounts. Covered entities should work with their 340B administrators to ensure the 340B price is obtained.
