A lead contact is the individual who receives all communication via email from Kalderos. There can only be one lead contact per covered entity. Updating a Lead Contact can only be done by an Admin.
- Starting from the home page, click on “Team Management” in the left navigation bar.
- Within the Team Management Covered Entities list, locate the intended covered entity and select the “Lead Contact” dropdown.
- Within the dropdown, select the CE User that should be Lead Contact for that covered entity.
- Once the new Lead Contact has been selected, a message should appear in the bottom right corner indicating as such.
