Enhancement:

  • Add the ability to download the claims data from the Drill Down view in the Dispute Center.
  • Add a friction modal to the Summary view in the Dispute Center to prompt the user to confirm decisions when using the multi select feature, and the decision contradicts any existing decisions.
  • Add a friction modal to applied decisions, using the multi select option, at the Summary View, when the decision would override existing decisions in the underlying claims.
  • Add ability to drill down into the underlying claims, when clicking on any summary row in the Dispute Center.
  • Add functionality that retains applied filters in the Dispute Center, when navigating between the CLD and Summary views, for the following fields: ‘Program Name’ , ‘Labeler’ , ‘NDC11’ , ‘Product Name’ , ‘Dispute Code and Reason’ , ‘Rebate Qtr’.
  • Add a filtering capability to the Summary View of the Dispute Center, allowing users to filter on ‘Program Name’ , ‘Labeler’ , ‘NDC11’ , ‘Product Name’ , ‘Dispute Code and Reason’ , ‘Rebate Qtr’ , ‘Decision’.
  • Add the 'Processing' icon to any summary rows in the Summary View, that have any underlying claims that are being processed by the system, post Dispute Initiation, and awaiting their status update.
  • Allow for Dispute Initiation from the Summary View, which applies the initiation to all relevant underlying claims.
  • Allow for Dispute Report generation and download from the Summary View. The Dispute Report maintains the existing format and continue to include data at the CLD.
  • Add a counter in the footer of the Dispute Center claims table which shows the total number of claims with each decision.
  • Add a tooltip to the Summary View of the Dispute Center, that generates when hovering over any rows with a 'Mixed Response' decision, showing the breakdown of the underlying claim decisions.
  • Create 'Download' functionality in the Summary View of the Dispute Center that allows for the download of the summary rows shown in the claims table.
  • Add a Header Totals row to the Summary View of the Dispute Center which summarizes the units, dollars, and scripts of the data in the claims table.
  • Update the Summary View Dispute Center pagination, so that it allows users to select the number of rows returned on each page.
  • Add a friction modal to applied decisions at the Summary View, when the decision would override existing decisions in the underlying claims.
  • Add the multi select decisioning feature to the Summary View of the 'Ready to Dispute' tab of the Dispute Center.
  • Add the decisioning capability to the Summary View of the Dispute Center's 'Ready to Dispute' tab. Assigning a decision at the summary row will apply that decision to all underlying claims.
  • Add the decisioning column to the Summary View of the 'Ready to Dispute' tab in the Dispute Center
  • Create a summarization feature in the Dispute Center, that allows users to navigate between seeing the claims table at the CLD level or in summarized rows. The summarized view groups claims based on Program Name, NDC11, and Rebate Quarter.
  • Update the multi select decision action bar terminology.
  • Update the pagination function in the Dispute Center to allow users to select the number of rows available per page.
  • Add a totals row to the top of the claims table of the Dispute Center CLD view.
  • Upgrade APIs to .NET 6.
  • Add the footer counter to the Dispute Center Drill Down view indicating the count of claims with each decision.
  • Add the header totals row to the claim table of the Dispute Center Drill Down view.
  • Add the multi select decisioning ability to the Drill Down view of the Dispute Center 'Ready to Dispute' tab.
  • Add the Decisioning ability to the Drill Down view of the Dispute Center 'Ready to Dispute' tab.
  • Add a 'Decision' filter when viewing the underlying claims after clicking on a summary row in the 'Ready to Dispute' tab of the Dispute Center.

Bug fixes:

  • Fix data load bug that occurred when filtering by the Decision filter.
  • Fix bug preventing the correct summation of claim decisions in the Dispute Center 'Ready to Dispute' footer counter.

  • Update row count in multi select decision modal, after applying filters.

  • Update row count in multi select decision modal.
  • Fix multi select decision bug that prevented selected decisions from applying to the underlying claims.
  • Fix bug that selected 'Processing' claims when using the multi select feature.
  • Update Summary View decisioning so that decisions cannot be applied to any rows already 'Processing'.
  • Fixed bug that prevented the correct claim count in the Dispute Center.
  • Update Dispute Center filters to reset when navigating to different state cards.
  • Fix bug that disabled the Initiate Dispute button.
  • Fix bug that prevented the correct population of the 340B ID in the Exclusion Report.
  • Fix Dispute Initiation bug that prevented claim table filters from being passed through to the Dispute Report generation and confirmation modal.
