When you claim your profile in Truzo and begin registration, each Covered Entity for which you are listed as the Authorizing Official in the HRSA OPAIS database will automatically appear. You will need to complete setup for each Covered Entity by creating an account and designating a Primary Administrator.
If you have any remaining Covered Entities to complete, a red notification showing the number still pending will appear in the right-hand navigation panel within Truzo.
