Kalderos tools may be briefly unavailable during weekend maintenance event
The Kalderos infrastructure team is planning to implement some scheduled updates to the Kalderos platform on the weekend of April 8-10, beginning at 10 p.m. central time on April 8 and concluding by 10 p.m. central time on April 10.
These technical upgrades will support an enhanced customer experience, with improved up time for customer-facing tools and even stronger cyber security protocols.
While the update is in progress, customer-facing tools might be intermittently unavailable. This activity will occur over the weekend to minimize potential impacts to normal operations.
