- Re-enabling CE Users can only be done by an Admin.
Starting from the home page, click on “Team Management” in the left navigation bar.
To view the Disabled Users list, click on the “View Disabled Users” button.
Within the Disabled Users list, click on the CE User that should be Re-enabled to expand the row.
Click on the “Reactivate User” button.
Click the “Confirm” button to complete the action.
A confirmation message should appear in the bottom right corner indicating the CE User has been re-enabled.
