- A lead contact is the individual who receives all communication via email from Kalderos.
- There can only be one lead contact per covered entity.
- Updating a Lead Contact can only be done by an Admin.
Starting from the home page, click on “Team Management” in the left navigation bar.
Within the Team Management Covered Entities list, locate the intended covered entity and select the “Lead Contact” dropdown.
From the dropdown, select the CE User that should be Lead Contact for that covered entity.
Once the new Lead Contact has been selected, a message should appear in the bottom right corner indicating as such.
